Mr. Amal Autar has been a Non-Executive Director of Xtenda Financial Holdings Limited since 15 October 2015. He held the position of Executive Director of Mauritius International Trust Co. Limited from 01 January 2007 till 31st Dec 2019. A graduate from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa, he has been with MITCO since 1995. Since January 2020, he is one of the principals of Collective Capital Limited, an investment advisory firm. He is an associate member of the UK Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (UK). He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Mauritius) Limited, the Mauritius branch of STEP Worldwide, of which he was the Chairman from 2015 to 2017. With a career in corporate, tax, trusts and estate planning spanning over more than 25 years in the global business sector, he has acquired extensive experience in the structuring and administration of global business companies, trusts and funds.
