A BCom graduate from the University of Natal, South Africa, Brinda started her career at Standard Bank Trust where she worked for 3 years before joining GMG Trust Ltd in 2003. Throughout her 17 years spent at GMG Trust Ltd, she held various managerial and executive positions ranging from Trust Manager, Head of Compliance, Head of Operations and Managing Director.
Brinda is an associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She also holds a Certificate from ICSA (UK) and followed a Leadership course at the University of Stellenbosch. Having spent more than 20 years working in the global business sector; Brinda has extensive experience in trust and estate planning, corporate tax and structuring. She is also a seasoned professional who serves on various boards, and a talented leader with a proven track record.
Brinda holds a BComm Degree from the University of Natal, South Africa and an ICSA Certificate from the Institute of Corporate Secretaries and Administrators.
